Credentialing Process Online Application
The credentialing process for the 8th Annual Out Music Awards will begin Wednesday October 31, 2012. The link to the online application will be available at this time.

The LGBT Academy of Recording Arts does not accept any applications via email, phone or fax.

Please complete the online application form below. The 8th Annual Out Music Awards will be held in Las Vegas in the PH Live Theater Sunday December 16, 2012 8pm PST. It will be filmed live to tape to air later.

PLEASE DO NOT MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO ATTEND BEFORE YOUR RECEIVE CONFIRMATION FROM US.

The Primary Contact is the credential manager responsible for all of the outlet’s credential requests.
